The #WeAreItaly campaign, launched on March 19 to promote abroad Italy’s culture, still creative and vital even in the days of the COVID – 19 emergency, ends today with a final video-story, created by Matteo Botrugno and Daniele Coluccini. Over 100 videos have marked a daily and moving diary inviting to stay connected with Italy and showing how art and culture are key elements of a collective identity capable of crossing national borders. A way to thank the Italian and international artists who joined the campaign and all those who shared the performances of the musicians, singers, actors, writers, performers, visual artists, dancers, chefs.
We end a chapter to continue working with all the stakeholders – in culture, tourism, entertainment and Made in Italy – on a new revival phase, to start again from our cultural and creative identity. Because We are Italy.
